Planning of transport
Time and resource savings are seen in the transport module of the system. In this module it is possible to plan an optimum route and reduce the number of driving tasks from the workshop to the customer as the transport module is shown in real time.
With the transport function a much better view is created of the parts that have to be picked up and returned. You clearly see whether it is a question of a single part or a complete vehicle. The driver can bring along a tablet on the route and continuously mark the cars which have been collected and delivered.
As soon as the car has arrived at the workshop it will appear from the workflow, and your staff can follow which cars have arrived and which are on their way.
Improved customer service
Through their account in eflow the customers can see when your workshop has approved their booking, and when their part has been collected and returned. They will have an idea of how far their part is and avoid unnecessary telephone calls.
Tailored displays
It will be possible to set up the sorting of the transport module to fit your workshop. It is your own choice, according to which parameter your tasks should be sorted: Customer, car information, task, or driver.
You may also attach the items to a specific driver and add the license plates of the transporting vehicles to make clear which transports will pick up or deliver which items.
The search function may be useful to search for specific items.
