Handling of courtesy cars
The courtesy car section may be selected and deselected. If the workshop provides courtesy cars you may add prices, insurance conditions, as well as information of the driver. Every piece of information will be collected and are filled in automatically.
Courtesy cars may be booked directly in the calendar and attached to the specific work card.
As an extra addition your courtesy cars will also be shown in the calendar, and you will thus be able to compare your bookings with your accessible courtesy cars.
Completion of the rental contract
The rental contract will be automatically completed with the conditions of the workshop as well as the information entered during booking. All you must do is press print contract and hand over the courtesy car to the customer.
