The insurance report is attached to the work card
Workflow is embedded with Forsi, and therefore you automatically receive the insurance reports when your customer makes a booking for an insurance claim. The Forsi report automatically appears on the work card, and all information about the task is gathered in one place.
Update of the report – you get a notification
Should there be an update of one of the insurance reports, you will get a notification in Workflow. In this way you will be familiar with all changes to the report, and the newest version will be available.
