Documentation on the work card
Get the overall view and documentation of activities for each individual part. All processes of each part are registered in the work card. You will always be able to see who has been working on the part, when it has passed through the different processes in the workshop, when the part has been collected, and when the documentation in terms of files and remarks has been attached to the work card.
You can add both internal and external notes to the card and attach pictures and videos, which you want to share with your customer or keep for internal use.
Timesaving recognition tool
The system will inform you if you receive a vehicle which you have previously been painting, and if colour formulas from the latest painting are available.
The recognition tool will spare you to make a colour measurement of a part which you have previously painted and for which you have colour formulas.
Work cards are saved in the history
All work cards can be searched in the history. You can easily access the history module and retrieve a completed card by searching the license plate number, the car model or the identification number.
