Secured Cloud platform

The data of eflow’s applications are being stored in a secured Cloud environment with market leading hosting providers, who meet strict safety requirements, e.g. ISO 27001 (Security Management Controls), ISO 27017 (Cloud Specific Controls), as well as ISO 27018 (Personal Data Protection).

When sending and receiving data, this will happen via encrypted connections only – thus securing that only you will be able to read the data and files.

Always online with modern web-applications

All the applications of eflow are web-based and are accessed through a browser. This means that in the unfortunate case of your bodyshop computer crashing, you will always be able to log in and access your business via another computer. Furthermore, continuous backup of your data will be performed in the secured cloud environment so that you need not worry about operational problems.

Central user management with Single Sign-On (SSO)

When your company chooses eflow, we will implement a Single Sign-On for your company, which will allow you to manage all your users in a central tool. With Single Sign-On your users will only have to keep track of one single login for all your eflow applications. In case you have more companies or divided locations, your users may be admitted to one or more of these and easily switch between them. Your user rights will be centrally managed by your administrator, who will be able to open or close the access of the users with few clicks.
