Frequently asked questions

In Workflow you may add photos to share with your customer, if you so wish.

• Go to the work card in question
• Click on ”Add photo” and upload the photo
• Click on ”Sharing” to the right of the uploaded photo
• The sharing button will now become green, thus indicating that the customer will be able to view the photo

The photo will now be shared with your customer.

In case you may want to share any comments to the photo, you may add these

• Click on the pen icon to the right of the photo
• Add your comments and end the operation by clicking on the green check mark

You have now added a comment which may be viewed by your customer.
