Workflow gives you full control of the tasks in your workshop, customer bookings and administers your invoicing with just a few clicks.
Every relevant information of the task will emerge from the work card. The card is divided into sections with every piece of information from the full overview of the task to the specific processes such as painting, courtesy car, spare part(s), and invoicing.
The identification number will follow the work card through all modules, and a label may be printed and put on mixing cup, parts, and spare parts, if any.
The chat function will enable you to communicate with the customer about the specific item.
You may add the colour measurement from the spectrometer or enter it manually. Based on your choice of primer, base colour, and clear coat the colour information will be sent to NGS.
The colour history can be seen on the work card, so items that have been registered earlier will be shown with panel number, which may easily be added.
The employees may time register within the single process. In the time registration of the work card, the full overview of all time registrations of the item will be displayed.
The courtesy car section may be selected and deselected. If the workshop provides courtesy cars, prices, insurance conditions, and information of the driver may be entered. Every piece of information is retrieved and will be filled in automatically.
The courtesy cars may be booked directly in the calendar and will be attached to the specific work card.
All files will be transported automatically from the damage assessment system to the work card in Workflow. It will also be possible to upload files and documents during the process, and files from the customers will be shown as well.
The single file may be shared with the body shop.
All activities will be saved in the history. Thus, you will always have the complete documentation and activity log.
The spare parts of the item will automatically be transferred from the damage assessment system. However, you may also add a spare part manually.
If the spare parts are ordered manually, your own supplier or internal spare part provider should be added, and the email will be filled in automatically with all relevant information concerning the order.
The reports will be retrieved automatically from the damage assessment system, and it will be possible to add supplements, new order lines, and own item lines.
It may be noted if a task is lacking supplements. The task will then be placed in ”awating supplements” in the invoicing module.
