Integration with your supplier’s ERP system

Inventory is integrated with your supplier’s ERP system. This means that through Inventory you have complete access to your supplier’s product catalogue and will be able to look for products by using free text or a specific item number. Once you have found the product in the catalogue, you can create it in your own stock. You will now have all information about the product together with a photo.

When you send an order from Inventory, it is registered directly in your supplier’s order system. A few minutes later the order is synchronized with Inventory and the order will now appear on your screen in the reception module.

Inventory is informed when the products are prepared for carriage at your supplier, and you can see that the “product is on its way”.

When you receive the order, it is easy and simple to place all product lines in your own stock.
